Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

 

Please contact us at contact@afrosexy.co within 7 days of receiving your order with:

    •    your order number

    •    a photo of the damaged or incorrect item

 

We will review your request and process your replacement or refund if eligible.

Returns & Refunds

 

As our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

    •    buyer’s remorse

    •    wrong size ordered

    •    products received after the expected delivery date

 

Please carefully review the size guides provided on each product page before ordering.

Lost Orders

 

If your order is lost in transit, we will replace it or issue a refund. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, contact us at contact@afrosexy.co so we can investigate.

Exchanges

 

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you experience an issue with your order that qualifies for a replacement, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
